About the site: baller.fyi provides football analysis reads, model probabilities, player-availability context, and settled accuracy records for general information.

Independence: baller.fyi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any club, league, competition organiser, federation, player, data provider, or betting operator.

Use and responsibility: probabilities are estimates, not guarantees or instructions to bet or invest. You decide how to use the information and must follow applicable local laws. baller.fyi does not provide gambling services or betting, investment, or financial advice. If you gamble, do so responsibly.

Past results: settled accuracy and historical performance describe what happened previously. They do not promise or guarantee future results.

Data limits: football data may be delayed, revised, unavailable, or incomplete. Published probabilities and analysis may remain fixed even when player availability, injuries, fixtures, or results change elsewhere. The site may correct factual or technical errors without rewriting the historical published record.

Permitted use: you may use the site for personal and informational purposes and may share links or brief attributed extracts. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, use automated requests in a way that harms or overloads the site, impersonate baller.fyi, or reproduce or republish substantial parts of the site without permission. This does not restrict ordinary search-engine indexing.

Intellectual property and trademarks: baller.fyi branding, original written content, site design, and other original material are protected by applicable rights. Club, competition, player, and third-party brand names and logos are used for identification only and remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Optional support: supporting baller.fyi is voluntary. A support payment does not provide additional access, features, influence over published analysis, or changes to the accuracy record. Support payments are not represented as charitable donations and may not be tax-deductible. Payments are processed externally by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

Refunds: support payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases such as a duplicate, unauthorised, or technically erroneous payment. Contact [email protected] promptly if there is a payment problem.

Third-party services: links or payment services provided by third parties are governed by those third parties’ own terms, privacy notices, and security practices. baller.fyi is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Availability and changes: the site may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn, and these terms may be updated. The date above identifies the latest version.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of a user’s country.

Liability: the site is provided as-is and without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, baller.fyi is not liable for losses arising from reliance on or use of the information shown.
