baller.fyi is a read-only football analysis site. We do not run user accounts. Optional support payments are processed externally by Stripe.

Data we process: when you use the site, we may process basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security or request logs. We use persistent browser storage only for your selected theme and to remember that you dismissed the storage notice. Temporary session state may be used for basic interface behaviour and expires with the browser session.

Support payments: Stripe processes optional support payments on its hosted checkout page. Stripe may provide us with your email address, payer name, country, payment amount, payment status, and limited payment-method details. baller.fyi does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe also processes payment data for its own legal, security, and service purposes under its privacy policy.

Messages: if you contact us, we process the information you include in your message so that we can respond.

Purposes and legal bases: we process technical and security data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, protecting, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate use of the site. We process support-payment information on the basis of our legitimate interests in administering payments, preventing fraud, and handling disputes, and where necessary to comply with accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. We process information in messages on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.

Service providers and recipients: Cloudflare provides CDN, network, and security services. Hetzner hosts the origin service in the European Union. Stripe processes optional support payments. These providers receive the information needed to perform their services and may also process information to meet their own legal and security obligations.

Traffic insights: baller.fyi does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process technical traffic information at the network edge for security and aggregate traffic insights. baller.fyi does not use a browser-side analytics or advertising beacon.

Retention: application logs rotate by file size and retained-file count. Infrastructure logs are governed by the server configuration. Browser storage remains until you clear it or use the available reset control. Temporary session storage expires with the browser session. Support transaction records may be retained for as long as necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Messages are retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your rights: where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, restriction of certain processing, object to certain processing, or request data portability. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria or another competent supervisory authority.

International transfers: some providers may process technical or payment information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected through an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognised safeguard.

Changes: this policy may be updated when the site, its providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
